In today’s modern society, stress is commonly seen amongst many people and has become part of our daily lives. The World Health Organization states that stress has become a worldwide epidemic.


Instead of looking for candy or pills for stress relief, one should consider natural solutions such as certain food that are known for their de-stressing capability. MSH Asia has found you the top 10 foods for stress relieve. Themselves alone, they won’t completely free you from the pressure you get from work, life, kids or relatives. However, coupled with exercise, you will start to feel the difference.




 Tea
